A space to understand,
heal, and grow.

Supporting teenagers, adults, therapists, and organisations through meaningful change, trauma-informed practice, and reflective professional development.

With over 20 years of experience in psychotherapy, supervision, and work with children and adolescents, I offer a compassionate and integrative space for healing, growth, and reflection.

We work together to gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with purpose.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, professional burnout, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can offer a safe space to understand yourself more deeply and create meaningful change.
My work combines relational depth with practical support, tailored to each person’s individual needs and circumstances.

About Jacky

A space to pause, reflect,
and move forward.

I’ve been working as a psychotherapist since 2001, beginning my career and core training in London before moving into postgraduate training here in Ireland: in Child Psychotherapy & Play Therapy and an MSc in Psychotherapy Studies with an emphasis in Existential Psychotherapy. I’ve completed a lot of further training in areas such as Child Psychology, Trauma Recovery, and Nature Therapy. My clinical work has also focused especially on marginalised groups such as the Traveller Community, people in poverty and addiction and the LGBTQ+ community.

My ethos is person-centred, with a strong interest in existential work. I believe clients ultimately know somewhere, more than anyone – what’s right for them; my role is to work alongside that, through genuine exploration and appropriate challenge, not passive reassurance. Growth and change starts with knowing and accepting yourself, as you actually are, not as you think you should be.
