Therapy, supervision,
and professional
support.

Whether you are seeking therapy, professional supervision, or focused consultation, my work is grounded in creating a space that is reflective, supportive, and responsive to your individual circumstances. My approach is humanistic and integrative. I work flexibly with each person rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.

01

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy offers an opportunity to pause and explore what may be happening beneath the surface of daily life.

People often come to therapy when feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, disconnected, or carrying experiences that continue to affect them.

Adolescence can be a complex and challenging time. Young people may struggle with emotional regulation, anxiety, identity, school pressures, family dynamics, social difficulties, or trauma.

As a qualified Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, I provide a confidential supportive and safe space where young people can explore what they are experiencing and begin to understand themselves more clearly.

“Young people deserve a space that is entirely their own — where they can speak without fear, and be met with genuine curiosity and care.”

At present, I am working with young people aged 12 and above. Parent consultations form part of the initial process, providing a space to share concerns and understand how best to support their young person.

03

Clinical
Supervision

Who this is for

Reflective professional support for therapists and allied healthcare professionals.

Format

In-person in Dublin or online via Zoom

Fee

I work with therapists and allied healthcare professionals seeking a trusted space to think through their practice – whether that involves clinical complexity, ethical challenges, or the weight of emotionally demanding work.

Supervision can be one-off or form part of an ongoing professional arrangement.

04

Consultation
Sessions

These sessions are designed for those seeking a focused conversation rather than ongoing therapy. For therapists seeking a sounding board, and individuals exploring whether this therapy is right for them. This can be a useful first step if you are unsure where to begin.

30 minutes

€50

A relaxed introductory conversation to explore whether working together is the right fit.

05

Integrative
Coaching

Not everyone needs long-term psychotherapy. Sometimes what is needed is a focused, supportive space to work through feeling stuck, make decisions, or move through a transition.

Integrative Coaching blends therapeutic insight with life coaching for practical, forward-focused work – combining elements of counselling/psychotherapy with the momentum of coaching.

06

Parent
Consultations

Parent consultations are always part of the process before beginning work with a young person. These sessions help gather information, understand concerns, and assess whether therapy is the right fit.

They can also provide ongoing support and guidance for parents navigating emotional, behavioural, or relational difficulties with their teenager- helping parents feel less alone in what can often be a difficult and worrying time.

Session

€120

60–75 minutes

Parent consultations can be booked independently or as part of an assessment process for adolescent therapy.

07

Professional
Consultancy

Therapeutic insight, governance, and professional consultation

Alongside private practice, I offer consultancy to therapeutic organisations, professional bodies, educational institutions, and media.
